arrived as new and on time. I was very pleased.
I have the third edition of this text and it is minimally helpful so you had better hope your professor supplements the shortcomings. The placement of sections and headings is weird and doesn't seem to flow. When there aren't general intro sections to material the cases don't seem to make up for providing a foundation and are ineffective at illustrating the concepts. The notes following the cases don't seem to naturally flow from the reading. I attempted to supplement with an E&E but it didn't compliment my professor's lectures or the text.
