Bought this to give as a gift with the Safari Insect TOOB toys. It was a hit. The Grandmother and parents have been looking for ways to make reading more fun for this 3 year old. They said this was a hit.

We purchased this for our toddler since he loves bugs. It's been a year since we purchased it is still in great shape... even after being slept with a few times. The pictures are great and realistic. And the poem that goes with the pics is great for toddlers. Glad we got it :)

My 5yr old loves reading this. However it’s very flimsy and hard for a kid to hold-especially as big as it is. It might as well be a magazine. It arrived bent and twisted:-/I’m going to have to laminate the cover.

Bought this for my son who is obsessed with bugs and he LOVES it! We read at least a few pages everyday and my son's bug knowledge is growing. He remembers the "fun facts" on each page for the different bugs and it's also helping him learn the alphabet in a fun way. He shares his bug facts with anyone who will listen and when they question him, he pulls out this book and shows them!

This book is wonderful for little kids. It's full of color and simple facts. Great way for young kids to learn about new species of bugs and learn more about ones they may already be familiar with. Each insect has a fact about it on the pages. It's in alphabetical order, so it also helps kids focus on learning the alphabet as well.

I would have loved to give it 5 star the book is so good. Short and sweet information on each bug. My toddler loved it.But it was so dirty. It was torn and bent on the cover page

Excellent travel atlas, used it incessantly for two months

In early September of this year, my wife and I leave for Southern Africa. This map, I know is going to be of great value!

Unlike other guides to Africa, this one is effective at stopping .30-06 rounds that have penetrated only several layers of drywall. I would seriously recommend this book to anyone looking to stop small arms fire from penetrating their living space. Body armor can be over 1000 dollars, but you can get this beauty used for pennies + shipping!

I was quite disappointed with this book. The information provided in the book is somehow outdated. I was in South Africa in early December 1999. And I was having problems finding accomodations by using the telephone numbers provided in the book. Also the price listed for transportation, accomodation,...,etc are also not up to date. At the end, I had to buy another guide book for the information that I was looking for.

While travelling in SA for 4 motnhs I found this book amazingly helpfull. It had the best advices on how to save money, it had the best maps...I acctually knew more than the buss drivers sometimes and ended up advising them...hostels recommandations were great too. I have been looking into other guides to SA and found this one to be the absolute best.

straight up, this is not for kids in any way or form. this volume was sent me to shrink wrapped. first few pages immediately had a beheading. the MC does every woman in sight, breasts are exposed, liquids are everywhere, if the nether regions were exposed this would be hentai for sure but right now it's straddling the line.that aside, the plot is the main character is a sorcerer who wants to build a dungeon and effectively take over the world, and this is his story. involves him more or less summoning demons, capturing heroes, doing every lady in sight. it's interesting for sure but the sex is unavoidable and easily may be the reason folks may be turned off from reading it.

Basically Dungeon Keeper but with sex. If you look past the sex scenes it is a pretty interesting story though it is pretty slow at the beginning. It's borderline Hentai with the amount of sex and it feels like it can't make up its mind if it wants to be all about the sex or an actual story. The other review is misleading as there is no point where he has sex with a child, also no book ever deserves to be burned, no matter the subject.

Where is the line drawn where evil begins and good ends? That's a question you'll be asking yourself as you read this manga.Our main protagonist is a man whose past, as far as we have been told, is full of betrayal by his fellow humans. His name is Aur, and he has a mission. That mission? To create a dungeon filled with treasure, beautiful women, and dangerous monsters. A task normally impossible, made very easy for Aur who located what is known as a 'Dragon Vein'. This is a place where mana flows like an underground river, and upon locating one he drank from it and instantly became younger and stronger. He then almost immediately summons a beautiful succubus named Lilu, who he forms a contract and has sex with on the spot.That's right, this is a manga series full of semi-explicit sex. Aur is a man who enjoys the sight and company of women, accruing many that he keeps close by and constantly partaking in the bodily pleasures they offer. But this isn't all just sex for the sake of sex, he uses sex as a means of breaking women he wants. Which leads to original question of good vs evil.You see Aur is not a man you wish to cross, as he has no patience for those who disobey him. In this first volume he massacres an entire village after their chief attempts to fight him, yet in another village he provides medicine and farming advice as well as protection against bandits. I would describe Aur as true neutral, but with a penchant for non-human and fallen human women. He's not above mind breaking a strong female adventurer, yet he won't stoop as low as to abuse a little girl offered to him as a sacrifice. Aur is an interesting man that's hard to get a read on, and it makes this series all that more worth it to read.This first volume is a good bit of character introduction and building, but it still has action. However volume two is where things will really kick off, as we end on a meeting where Aur is preparing to assault his first city. He let's us know this will not be as simple as conquering a village where the chief is the only one he needs to convince, but with a troop of dark elves, a hulking hulti-armed demon, an apprentice sorceress, a fallen heroine, and his loyal succubus Aur feels he is prepared to do it.As far as translation goes, it's pretty much on par with the original Japanese dialogue. There are a few instances where I noticed some embellishing, but these instances are few and far between and do not detract from the main story. Wesley Bridges finally lends a good English name to the list of translators that Seven Seas contracts out to, and I look forward to reading more of this series.

I forgot how I got interested in this but I do not regret it. The one of the few if not the only harem books out thar where the guy doesn't act all goodie two shoes and ignores the ladies advances, but does the deed with em as he attempts to build the ultimate dungeon. All the mean time staying on the edge of the cliff ecchi with the hungry pits of hentai down below. The main character is Aur, a lawfully evil sorcerer. He has a villainous way of doing things (clever use of words, extortion, threatening to turn you into an undead slave are some examples) while at the same time playing the role of an understanding king. Extending deadlines, laying down pardons, even dropping down some gold to help the town rebuild etc.Without trying to ruin the story, I will give yal a brief summary of what is going on.Starts off like most anime, a why. Shows a bit of his past. Then turns to the now with his need to build a dungeon. He summons a demon who turns out to be a monster gal and forms a loop hole free pact with her. As the story progresses he goes out into the world and becomes governor of a local town, then more story progression he gains more minions to build the dungeon. While his harem expands and he sleeps with em. Ends with him looking out to the lands, suggesting his next move. As I stated earlier like all other anime, thar is the convenient steam cloud or random object obscuring the naughty bits, thou the bosoms do manage to elude this. Leaving some highly suggestiveness in the scenes.One thing I don't about this, is how slow the plot unravels as there is alot of the dirty deed going on. But that is minuscule compared to the uniqueness this series has. Plus the second volume makes up for it a bit.

Got it when it suppose to be delivered, so I have no qualms about it. Love that its in perfect condition too, no damages at all.The story is quite special and would recommend it to anyone who love Lit RPG, though its more fantasy. Almost similar to "Is it wrong to try to pick up girls in dungeon?" So anyone that wants an enticing story, look this up!

This is basically a dungeon core book but as a manga. fair warning there is nudity and sex in it and like most dungeon core books it's all about domination. This is truly a dream come true for Dungeon core Buffs

Cherry Popper, was a sweet read. I just wish she'd done more to Simone and Coen's debacle. That part of the book too anticlimactic. I wanted another confrontation with her, after Slate got shot. Will Coen have his own HEA? I see he's with someone named Emily🤔?!!! Is there a story behind that?😲

But when Monroe moves in with Slate, feelings and emotions are running high. But what happens when Monroe Falls in love with a man who refuses to love? Can Slate continue to control her? Or will a line be drawn in the sand that ends the "relationship" before the get their HEA? Once again the reader is taken on an emotional ride with beautifully written characters, a story you will not be able to put down and hot sex scenes. Victoria Quinn has given her readers another masterpiece.

This book picks up after the horrendous wedding of Slate’s estranged Brother Coen and his conniving ex-girlfriend Simone. Slate agreed to a 3 month commitment because he wasn’t ready to let Monroe go. He knew she wasn’t right for her he had to many trust issues but yet he didn’t want her with any one else!Feeling are being tested and Slate decides to become distant and hurting Monroe in the process.Being hurt so badly by Simone, Slate does the unthinkable and Monroe knows she’ll never recover.And unexpected ally comes to the rescue but is it to late for Slate! Devastation, lies and the truth comes at a likely cost.Monroe put everything out in the open and it’s up to Slate to realize that money isn’t the only thing to happiness!!!Great book, very different from what Im used to reading but with great characters and chemistry, let’s not forget those hot as sin steamy page turners!! I was dragging the last few chapters because I knew I was close to the end.

I devoured this book in a matter of hours the complexity and drama was just too entertaining to stop reading I did feel like the story was a little rushed about 60% in and could've been amplified to really showecase the after effects of yet another break up and the emotional tolls all the characters experienced after that office scene the epilogue was cute but it left me wanting more details and a summary of what led up to it so I had to take a star away but regardless the book was great it's been such a long time since I've read a story where the characters stayed firm in their reasoning and didn't completely change the nature of who they are because they 'fell in love' or saw 'the fault in their ways' nothing drives me crazier than a strong character doing an almost 360° personality change half way through a series this was a great conclusion to the duet with well developed characters and thought out storyline.*side note what happened to Wyatt? And can we get a book about him?*

In the beginning Slate was a first class jerk and was with a woman once then walked away. When Monroe walked into his life he started changing and kept fighting it. He was in a really bad relationship and was betrayed so he was filled with anger and didn't want a relationship with anyone. He ditched Monroe but when he found out she was with someone else he convinced her to come back but once again he sent her away. When she decided to look for someone else he finally realized he was in love with her. Once you start this series you won't be able to stop reading until finished.
